I'm not going to have time to construct any cosplays for the next two months, and I want to get started on Suigintoh from Rozen Maiden and Shi-Woo Lee from Good Luck so badly! I think I'll retired my Mori costume after next A-Kon, though. I mean, two A-Kons will be plenty of A-Kons to take one costume to, right?
Haha! Sounds like you guys had quite the cosplays for Akon! Did you have fun? I just got everything I need to finish up my Otakon stuff. So, yay for having cosplay to distract me from the evil stress of job interviews...

Ouran was my first, so that was the one I took. Laura (Renge) took an unfinished Bleach (soon-to-be the pink-haired one), Riku from the first Kingdom Hearts, and Sheik from LOZ: Ocarina of Time, and Annalisa (Kaoru) took her Ouran Jacket and Kiki cosplay. Oh, and our Nekozawa took a 70s reject Vincent from FF.
That would be amazing! I'd love to see everyone in their cosplays. What are you guys taking this year?
Thanks! Hopefully I'll do okay for the interview. If anything, I'll look amazing in my new suit.

Hm... Well, I don't know them, but I can! Yeah - I'll take tons of photos, and can send them to you if you want to see them. I hope you get your cosplays finished by Ota and good luck with your interview for the newspaper job!
I'll miss you too! Thank goodness I have preparations for Otakon to keep me busy so that I don't get too sad. Jenny is going. And, I'm not sure if you know them (they were at Cos-con and the cosplay event in April) but the twins Coralsnake and MoonNeko (their names on c.com and deviantart) will be there. Along with most of the OK cosplayers that show up at things. And I think Casey and Jen are going. (Yourichi and Orihime cosplayers at Shiroi Hi Dansu). Plus a whole gaggle of Texas cosplayers that I met at Ikkicon.
Eh, it's probably a good thing that I'm not going to A-Kon. Prom Rock Lee, Sister Kate and Nana still aren't finished. But I have a month until Ota, so I'm good! Have fun at A-kon!

I know, me too. It's nearly impossible while driving in Florida. Most of the time I refuse to answer if I'm driving.

Wow, that's horrible! I think our move was relatively uneventful, except for me going over my cell phone minutes while driving 10 hours a day in a car by myself.

I understand - I was at a summer camp-a-mabobber, and I was told we were moving halfway through it, and we left eight days after I got back, six days into which, my friend's dad died of cardiac arrest.
Haha, aw thanks! Yea, crazy summers mostly make for fun summers! A couple summers ago I spent a month in Northern Ireland and then helped my family move from Oklahoma to Florida two days after I got back, then spent a month living and working in the Florida Keys. Talk about crazy...but it was so much fun...

Wow! Sounds like you have a busy summer! All I"m doing con wise is Otakon in July up in Baltimore. I thought I would try to make Metrocon two weeks before Ota, but alas, no job= no money = no Metrocon. Eh, oh well. I wish I was there to go to A-kon with everyone!

Yeah, well, hurricanes tend to cause the most damage if they're not expected.
No time in Fla. this summer though... -sad- I'll be visiting my dad in D.C. and A-kon in June before that, and NJCL convention the end of July. I'm booked for two months. Mini-con when I get back, and then off to planning for Hana-con!
That would suck, but no worries. I think they've got it all under control now. The fires at least. And I think we scheduled to have a fairly normal rainy season this summer. Plus, hurricane season doesn't really start until the fall. The one a few weeks ago was a sort of fluke thing.

Haha. Of course. Gosh - I hope y'all don't get flooded or anything. That would really suck to have happen, especially because of how recently you moved back.
True true. Though it was chilly when I went last week. Though, I blame that on the odd mixture of a passing hurricane and wildfires in the north.

I hate talking on a phone while driving, though.
